The purchase date of the mattress from SleepJack will be the start date of SleepJack 10-year pro rata warranty for all the sizes small and equivalent to 84X84X10 Inch, if any mattress size beyond 84×84/ any custom design, you will have a 5 years pro rata warranty only.
The warranty will be valid for 10 years on the regular sizes and 5 years on the beyond 84X84/ any custom design from the date of invoice.
Our warranty covers any kind of manufacturing defect in the mattress. In such a scenario, we will repair or replace the mattress.
Replacement will be done with an available mattress of comparable model and size.

What’s covered under warranty?

• Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging that is visible indentation of more than one (1) inch.
• Undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam material.

What’s not covered under warranty?

• Normal softening / sagging that is less than one (1) inch.
• Damage of mattress due to misuse and abuse.
• Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns.
• Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress.
• Mattress cover, if any.
• Zipper on the mattress, if any.
• Unauthorized service during the warranty period.
• Shrinkage in the corners.

Care

To clean the mattress, use a clean and soft damp fabric to wipe with circular hand motion. Do not place the mattress on an uneven base. Doing so will lead the mattress to sag and will not give sufficient support to the body. It is not recommended to place the mattress in standing position, roll, bend, or compress it. Doing so can damage the foam core. Do not expose mattress to water or liquid of any kind. Use of a mattress protector is recommended.

Terms & Conditions

• Mattresses that are manufactured by SleepJack and bought directly from www.sleepjack.in or authorized SleepJack retailer only are subject to the SleepJack 10 Year Limited Warranty and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Mattress Replacement logistics charges: While doing replacement, customer need to borne the mattress replacement transportation charges which will be as per actual.
• The dent or sagging should not occur as a result of improper usage, or because of the base/foundation of bed that’s not proper. Most of the mattress edges start to take body indentation faster, any sagging on the edge, it’s not a manufacturing defect, from the edge 6 inches inside on the surface any sagging/ dent more than 1inch, we can consider as a sagging/ manufacturing defect.
• Misuse of the mattress in any other activity apart from what it’s meant for (Sleeping, laying, or resting) will cancel the 10 years limited warranty.
• If a customers’ personal preference or point of view regarding how soft, firm, or other properties of a mattress is not matching with the product, warranty will not cover that.
• Mattress bought from authorized SleepJack seller only are covered under warranty.
• A purchase from the non-authorized seller, a gifted mattress, resold mattress, or a mattress that is not in possession of original owner are not eligible for SleepJack limited warranty.
• In case of sensitivity or allergy issues to the materials/fabric used, as well as physical damage done by the customer, the warranty cannot be used.
• Mattress damaged by children/animals or rodents are not covered.
• Natural scent arising from cotton, foam, or other mattress material is also not subject to warranty coverage.
• There’s a slight increment in the softness of foam over time, which does not affect the pressure relief provided by a mattress. This is not covered under warranty.
• Your body takes up to 25 days to adjust to a new mattress, please give your mattress a fair chance to get cozy with you.
• Please do not wrap the mattress tightly with a bedsheet to avoid deformation on the corners.

Period of Warranty

SleepJack Mattress provides warranty-free replacement from the date of purchase against any material workmanship defects during the first year, in the unlikely event of your mattress defect. After the completion of one year, the warranty benefits will be given on pro-rata basis.

For example, if a product has a 5-year warranty and a defect appears after 3 years of use, a pro-rata money-back warranty is available for the remaining 2 years. It means that the pro-rata value available to a customer on a ₹10,000 mattress with a 5-year warranty is ₹10,000 x 2/5 = ₹4,000. So, if you replace an old mattress under warranty for a current value of ₹10,000, you will pay ₹10,000 – ₹4,000 = ₹6,000.
Pro-rata will be calculated based on the current price at the time of the warranty claim.

Steps for warranty claim handling:

• Submit proof of problem to SleepJack with a clear photograph of the defect on the mattress – mail us on sleepjackmattress@gmail.com along with invoice and warranty card copy.
• SleepJack will have a confirmation call and arrange for pick up from your location at a minimal cost to you as mentioned in terms & conditions.
• SleepJack to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status.
• SleepJack to repair mattress or provide replacement if repair not possible.
• SleepJack will ship the mattress back at minimum transportation cost.

Applicable Law
SleepJack, a product of CHAUHAN ENTERPRISE runs in accordance with the laws of India. The sales and interactions with us will be governed by and interpreted and construed according to the laws of India. Any form of dispute with CHAUHAN ENTERPRISE /SleepJack shall be subjected only to courts/authorities/ forums in AHMEDABAD.
